These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By creating an account, accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

Viablequest offers lead database access, customer profiling, lead enrichment, AI-assisted copy generation, and multi-channel lead engagement (Email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp). You acknowledge that Viablequest utilizes third-party APIs—including but not limited to Apollo.io, Lusha, Hunter.io, and OpenAI—to deliver these services.

3. Account Registration and Use

• You must provide accurate information during onboarding, including business descriptions (limited to 30 words for AI processing).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any actions taken under it.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the platform for illegal purposes, including sending spam. Viablequest enforces strict daily sending limits (e.g., 50 emails/day) to protect domain reputations.

4. Payments and Credits

• Credit System: Credits are used to unlock verified emails (1 credit), mobile numbers (5 credits), and data enrichment (1-5 credits).
• Subscriptions: Viablequest offers tiered pricing (Starter, Pro, Scale) in both NGN and USD.
• Cancellations: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with access remaining until the end of the current billing cycle. Unused credits on annual plans may roll over for up to 90 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Viablequest relies on third-party data sources. While we use a "Waterfall" verification method for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all lead data is 100% accurate or up-to-date. Viablequest is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party API changes or blocks.
